ARP Games has just opened its fourth Call for Ideas. The competition is aimed at small projects and young developers that need help in spreading their wings. Any team of at least two can submit their project on arpgames.pl until July 31st, when the submissions will be judged by a jury composed of experienced industry specialists. The acceleration stage is set to kick off at the beginning of October 2018.
During the 3 month long acceleration stage 10 chosen teams receive a grant of up to 20 000 PLN, access to ARP Games’ offices in Cieszyn, Poland, participate in personalised workshops and industry events, and develop their game under the care of a hand-picked Mentor. At the end of the acceleration stage the projects are re-evaluated and three of them are picked to enter investment negotiations.
Currenty three new game development companies were started thanks to ARP Games’ support. Six more are expected to emerge until the end of 2018. Competition rules, as well as previously accepted projects can be found on the website: arpgames.pl
