As is it tradition in spring of each year, Nordic Game Conference was held in Malmö, due to current circumstances still as a digital event. Nonetheless, one of Europe’s prime business events for the games industry, we organised an online delegation of ten companies from Berlin to join the digital conference.
To showcase the games and products without the usual physical booth we produced a video showreel to give an overview of the participating companies, which was played during the online live broadcast.
Nordic Game Conference Online took places from May 26th to May 28th with more than 75 high class speakers like Shai Sasson (Head of Publishing, CrazyLabs) and Richard Cheah (GM, Streamline Media Group), Mikael Kasurinen (Game Director, Remedy Ent.) and Jim Yang (GM & Head of Studio, Supercell).
MeetToMatch hosted the online matchmacking with around 450 participating companies, organizations and freelancers, providing development, publishing, marketing and other industry related services. Furthermore, the developers of our delegation were able to pitch their projects to publishers and investors in the Publisher Market.
We were happy to participate and offer this opportunity to Berlin companies and hope to come back to the physical edition next year.

Codecks is a project by the indie game company Maschinen-Mensch and some extraordinarily skilled web developers. They’ve been working on it since 2014 and believe that they’ve created something special: A project management tool that aims at just the right amount of complexity and is able to excite creative visual thinkers and productivity fans alike.

The indie studio PAINTBUCKET GAMES was founded in 2018 by the two former AAA developers Jörg Friedrich and Sebastian St. Schulz.
